She has been a trade negotiator for India on the Doha Development Agenda of the World Trade Organisation for about 12 years, covering among others Agriculture, Trade Facilitation, etc. She has been a standing panellist for adjudications in the WTO’s Dispute Settlement Body.
She has served in various economic Ministries/ Departments of the Government of India on economic administration and policy formulation since 1986.
