Spandan is a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He started his career with the firm (erst while Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.) in 2007 and re-joined Cyril AmarchandMangaldas in 2015. He is based out of the New Delhi office.
Spandan has more than 10 years’ experience in advising developers and banks and financial institutions in the airport sector, including the GMR group, and GVK group (MIAL), on their financing and regulatory aspects.
He has also been representing banks, financial institutions and ARCs in some of the key cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including those in respect of Monnet Ispat and Energy, Bhushan Power and Steel, amongst others.
