She is part of CASL(NALSAR) team and assisted Dr. Balkista Reddy (Founder of CASL and Current Registrar, NALSAR) in content development and teaching aviation and corporate law related subjects for CASL courses.
Ms. Iyengar is also a team member of legislation drafting committee of NALSAR University which is a knowledge partner for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh State Governments. She contributed her expertise in drafting Revenue Laws(State of Telangana), Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Policy Frame Work(State of Andhra Pradesh), Transfer of Technology and Contracts Implementation Frame Work for Defense organizations of Indian Government.
With varied experience of twenty years from her diverse background as a Corporate, Aerospace & Defense Lawyer andArbitrator , Priya Iyengar focuses on Civil Aviation Sector in leveraging her expertise on the effective and efficient resolution of complex disputes. She also has a counseling practice in civil aviation, telecom, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions.

Her efficient team, in association with many external subject matter experts and specialists, collaborated with Avion World in extending legal and management knowledge courses and skills to function in Aviation Sector for students and professionals as well.
