Under his leadership and strategic direction HAL, he formed SBU for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, formed SPV for Civil Aircraft Design, formed a joint venture company with HAL for Establishing a Skill Council for Aerospace Sector, Started of Civil MRO Business at Nashik, Started the process of opening up of Nashik Airport for Civil operations.
